• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Use the service responsibly and legally

You may use FinanzWave to:

• Manage your personal or small business finances
• Record and categorize financial transactions
• Create and track financial goals
• Generate reports and analysis of your financial data
• Set up custom alerts and notifications

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer or attempt to breach system security
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools without authorization
• Share or resell access to your account
• Upload malicious or harmful content

All content, design, code, trademarks and materials of FinanzWave are the exclusive property of the company and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The data you enter on the platform is your property. FinanzWave will not claim rights over your personal financial data.

Plan prices and features may change with 30 days prior notice.

FinanzWave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available uninterrupted
• Errors will be corrected immediately
• The service will meet all your specific requirements

We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from use of the platform. FinanzWave is a management tool and does not provide professional financial advice.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the service at any time
• Update these terms and conditions
• Change plan features and prices
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

We will notify you of important changes at least 30 days in advance.

You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms and conditions
• You use the service fraudulently or illegally
• You fail to pay corresponding subscriptions
• The account remains inactive for more than 12 months

We offer a 30-day free trial for the Premium plan. During this period, you can cancel without any charge.

Once the trial period ends and the first charge is made, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription time.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.

For international users, any dispute will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence, to the extent that such laws are more favorable to the consumer.

We are committed to resolving any dispute amicably before resorting to legal proceedings.
